"Demonstration / Public Relations" is now "Community Engagement Presentation" in the mission list
The review step now checks your mission type. It flags a mission that doesn't match the flight type, notes that describe enforcement work on a community engagement, training or test flight, and a community engagement flight with no description. Say in the notes what the event was, the audience, and who requested it
The Avata 2s no longer show an AB 481 warning. That warning was wrong β the MEUP Annual Report 2024 approved three DJI Avata 2 for interior jail deployment. They are Board-approved. Both are still personally owned, so the picker says so
Data Retention End Date is now required. Tap the button under it to use the two-year Policy 418.10 minimum, or set a later date if the flight is evidence or tied to an open case
Flights are now filed under your own sign-in, so the record shows who submitted it. Nothing extra to do
Log Off now fully signs you out of this device
Submitted flights go to your supervisor for review before they appear in the flight log
Sign in on wifi or cell before your shift β it then works offline for 12 hours
